Mr. Danladi Ebbah serves as the Managing Partner of Teamwork Global Associates (TWGA), since 2002. He provides leadership, management and direction as he offers clients turnkey solutions in areas of engineering. Keeping TWGA’s operation impact a positive one, he ensures employment of the ‘best local expertise with state-of-the-art technology, resources and best practices.

Mr. Ebbah guarantees services are performed on-time, within budget while maintaining high standards of excellence and mitigating risk. Controlling all day-to-day operations of the company, which includes budgetary, planning, account, safety, human resources and engineering issues.

Mr. Ebbah is firmly committed to performance excellence through the vast experience of his staff and proven capabilities in project implementation. His career profile includes the positions of Agriculture Sector Specialist of the African Development Bank (AfDB) in the Nigeria Country Office between 2011 and 2014, as well as Executive Engineer at Hydroplan Associates since 1997. While with the AfDB he successfully managed the agricultural portfolio of the Bank He also participated in the Bank’s dialogue/policy missions, design of implementation strategies of the Bank’s projects and provided strategic, technical and operational inputs by preparing project documents, preparing funding proposals in collaboration with senior clients and staff;

His experience is supported by a solid academic background as he holds an MSc. from the University of Southampton and Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Agriculture. Resolute, he leads his team in executing projects in a cost-effective manner, whilst maintaining the highest safety and quality standards- ensuring contracts are fulfilled.

Mr. Ebbah sets the agenda and style and tone of business operations with the goals of reaching new clients, expanding existing relationships, ensuring a steady flow of income and delivering outstanding returns to shareholders and value added to clients. His experience along with in-depth knowledge, formidable executive capability, international exposure and access to professional contacts and an astute understanding of engineering as well as strategic management enables him to handle his divergent duties with great efficiency.

Responsible for the functioning of the Company, Mr. Ebbah formalizes plans and sees that all plans are well carried out. Carefully considering major expenditures, he funds projects that support the strategy and ramps down projects that lose money and or don’t support the strategy. He plans to continue contributing to TWGA in turning challenges into opportunities. Mr. Ebbah’s goals include expanding and growing the Company further by focusing on streamlining and standardizing cost efficiency.
